Owasso, Oklahoma — May 26, 2026 — The Strategy Group, coreNOC, Inc., and Helo Perspective, LLC are proud to announce that William “Wil” Lowe has joined the organizations as Tribal Strategic Advisor, supporting business development, Tribal Nation engagement, strategic partnerships, and public-sector initiatives throughout Indian Country.
Wil Lowe brings decades of leadership experience in Tribal governance, economic development, governmental affairs, and intergovernmental relations. A Marine Corps veteran and MBA-prepared executive leader, Lowe previously served as Speaker of the Muscogee (Creek) Nation National Council and currently serves as a National Council Representative for the Okmulgee District.
Throughout his distinguished career, Lowe has worked extensively with Tribal Nations, municipalities, state agencies, federal partners, and economic development organizations to advance infrastructure, transportation, workforce development, tourism, public safety, and regional growth initiatives.

  • National Center for American Indian Enterprise Development
  • Okmulgee YMCA Board of Directors
